A clearer picture of your care

MyHealth brings blood pressure readings, lab summaries, prescriptions, and visit notes into one timeline — so you walk into every appointment prepared.

  • Diagnosis Capture what was found and when, with the clinician’s name.
  • Prescription Keep prescribed treatments linked to the visit that started them.
  • Lab result Store summaries from blood work and other tests you need to revisit.
  • Radiology / scan Note imaging findings and the facility that performed them.

Daily care, without the guesswork

Medications, allergies, and reminders sit together so your routine stays safe and on time.

Medications

Record each medicine with dosage, frequency, start and end dates, and the reason it was prescribed. Attach notes from your pharmacist or clinician when you need extra context.

  • Active and completed courses in one list
  • Dosage and frequency you can check in seconds
  • Space for clinical notes beside each entry

Allergies

Keep allergy names, severity, and reaction descriptions visible — so anyone supporting your care knows what to avoid before a new prescription is written.

  • Mild, moderate, or severe severity tags
  • Reaction descriptions in your own words
  • Extra notes for triggers and history

Reminders

Set medication and appointment reminders, then mark them pending, done, or missed. Small prompts that protect follow-ups and refill days.

  • Medication and appointment flags
  • Clear status for every reminder
  • Details you can open when the day arrives

MyHealth on your phone

  • Log blood pressure, weight, and blood sugar on the go
  • Review medications and allergy notes before a pharmacy visit
  • Get reminded about appointments and refill days

Arrive prepared for every visit

When readings, prescriptions, and past results live in MyHealth, you spend less time reconstructing history and more time deciding what comes next with your clinician.

Log a blood pressure check at home, add the lab summary from last month, set a reminder for your refill — then open your profile when the appointment starts.

Questions people ask

Straight answers about how MyHealth helps you keep care organised.

What can I store in MyHealth?

Health vitals (weight, height, BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar, lipid notes), medical records, medications, allergies, reminders, and inquiries. Organisations can also publish health updates for members.

How do medical records work?

Each record can be a diagnosis, prescription, lab result, radiology/scan, or other information. Add the date, doctor, facility, a short summary, and fuller details when you have them.

Does MyHealth calculate BMI?

Yes. When you enter weight in kilograms and height in centimetres, BMI is calculated automatically and saved with that vital reading.

Can I set medication and appointment reminders?

You can create reminders flagged as medication or appointment, track whether they are pending or completed, and keep notes so you know exactly what the reminder is for.

How do I get help if I have a question?

Use Inquiries to send a subject and message through the service desk. Responses come back on the same thread so you can follow up without losing context.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes. MyHealth is launching a mobile app for iOS and Android so you can log vitals, check medications, and manage reminders from your phone — with the same account you use on the web.

How do I create an account?

Register with your full name, email, and phone number. MyHealth generates a password for you and emails the login details. Once your profile is ready, you can add vitals, medications, and records on the web — and use the same profile when the mobile app arrives.
